Description:

The inside diameter is 22.5″ x 35″ high. Each of two hoops is located @ 11.5625″ from the top and bottom. Removable head drum covers are sealed with gaskets and secured by bolt style closing rings. The bottom is double seamed. The cover is 16, the locking ring is 12 or 16 and the drum is 16 or 18 gauge. Closed head drums have 2″ and .75″ bung openings on top of the drum. The head is double seamed. The drum is either 18 or 20 gauge.
Apply a .75″ non-metallic band around the center of all 4 drums. Place a 1″ x 4″ board on top of each pair of drums and secure to the pallet with .75″ non-metallic bands for a total of two boards and three bands.
Steel shipping and storage drums must meet the relevant DOT, UFC or UN specifications as required by the commodity to be contained. Labels indicating direction upright positions may also be applied to each drum.
