Packaging Standards

Place each of six backstop castings on end in a 2 x 3 configuration on a pallet. Due to the fact that the weight of these castings is concentrated in the center of the pallet, it is necessary that it be constructed of hardwood and that the deck boards and stringers conform to the Packaging Guidelines Section VI. Pallets, item no. 5.
Secure each row of castings to the pallet with a 1.25″ non-metallic band for a total of two non-metallic bands per pallet.
